- current infection;
- presence of protective immunity as a result of the disease in past (anamnestic antibodies);
- successfully passed vaccination.
The “Rubella IgG” kit is designed for revealing and quantitative definition of class G antibodies for Rubella virus in human serum or plasma by enzyme immunoassay method - ELISA (Sandwich assay).
